Hace 8 años, un día como hoy, los Jonas Brothers sacaron a la venta su segundo disco titulado "Jonas Brothers".
Alcanzó el número 5 en el top de Billboard 200 en su primera semana y cambió la vida de muchas personas... ¿o no?

Kevin explicó durante una entrevista cuál fue la etapa más inolvidable que vivió con los Jonas Brothers:"Conocimos a un montón de gente, viajamos y visitamos muchísimos sitios diferentes. Lo que nunca olvidaré fue hablar con Paul McCartney sobre nosotros, nuestras vidas y proyectos y que él estuviese dispuesto a escucharnos y a apoyarnos".

Hoy se cumplen 7 años desde que salió el disco "JONAS BROTHERS", el segundo disco de la banda.

¿QUIÉN DECIDIÓ ACABAR CON LOS JONAS BROTHERS?

Ya se ha descubierto el verdadero motivo de la separación del grupo JONAS 

BROTHERS.

He hecho una traducción del artículo. Os la dejo a continuación. Por cierto, ¿qué opináis sobre todo esto?

Un "gran desacuerdo" rompió los Jonas Brothers de nuevo en octubre de 2013, y las fans todavía siguen preguntándose sobre lo que realmente pasó para que el trío dejase todo  tan sólo unos días antes de su gira de 19 fechas.

Así que cuando MTV News se encontró con Nick Jonas, que estaba promocionando su debut en solitario, teníamos que saber si había alguna posibilidad de que el grupo de volver a estar juntos. 

"Es un mundo interesante donde yo siento que hay una gran cantidad de buena voluntad hacia, um, lo que sucede algún día", respondió Nick. "No estoy contando a cabo, podrá, algún día en el futuro, pero por ahora mi enfoque es en realidad en lo que estoy haciendo y tomar este tiempo para tratar de acabar con él por mí mismo." 

Mientras Nick afirmó la decisión de la ruptura de los Jonas fue unánime, él admitió que él fue el que propuso un cambio. 

"Yo inicié la conversación, ya que es necesario. Acabamos de llegar a un punto en que no estábamos creando el tipo de música que teníamos que crear para progresar realmente y que no era muy saludable en este sentido", explicó. "Todos vamos a tener nuestros pasos hacia el futuro, la definición de lo que nuestros próximos movimientos son míos y hemos caído en una especie de lugar este año con el espectáculo y la música en una gran forma orgánica." 

"Sé que al final del día, mi familia y mis hermanos están muy orgullosos de eso y muy contentos de ver a dónde voy", dice - Nick ha hecho un esfuerzo consciente para mantener su distancia de ellos al tiempo que el LP. 

"Mis hermanos, creo que han escuchado cada uno, como, dos canciones del álbum. Me he mantenido muy en secreto, realmente no he jugado para nadie aparte de la gente que he estado trabajando con una parte de mi equipo de gestión y cosas por el estilo. Me sentía como en un montón de maneras que es el mío y eso es algo que realmente quería proteger hasta que yo estaba realmente preparado para compartirlo con el mundo ", dijo Nick. "Quiero que la gente se haga esta pregunta" ¿Quién es Nick Jonas?-Porque no creo que mucha gente lo sepa. Ellos pueden tener ideas en la cabeza que hay sobre quién es él - él sesoy yo - pero este álbum tiene mucha variedad y un montón de departamento y va a ser muy interesante ver lo que [mis hermanos] piensan que después de escuchar todo. "

After a “big disagreement” broke the Jonas Brothers up back in October of 2013, fans are still scratching their heads over what really happened for the trio to not only call it quits, but to do so just days before their 19-date reunion tour was scheduled to kick off.

So when MTV News caught up with Nick Jonas, who was promoting his solo debut, we had to know if there was any chance of the group getting back together.

“It’s an interesting world where I feel like there is a lot of goodwill towards, um, that happening someday,” Nick replied. “I’m not counting it out, it may, someday down the road but for right now my focus really is on what I’m doing and taking this time to try and kill it by myself.”

While Nick claimed the JoBros’ decision to breakup was unanimous, he admitted that he was the one who proposed a change.

“I initiated the conversation because it needed to be had. We just reached a point where we weren’t creating the kind of music that we needed to create to really progress and it wasn’t really healthy in that respect anymore,” he explained. “We’re all going to have our steps towards the future, defining what our next moves are and mine have sort of fallen into place this year with the [DirecTV] show and with the music in a great organic way.”

Although Nick says the guys are cool with his new direction — “I know at the end of the day my family and my brothers are really proud of that and excited to see where it goes,” he says — Nick’s made a conscious effort to keep his distance from them while making the LP.

“My brothers, I think they’ve each heard, like, two songs from the album. I’ve kept it pretty under wraps, I haven’t really played it for anybody besides from people I’ve been working with a part from my management team and things like that. I felt like in a lot of ways it’s mine and that’s something I really wanted to protect until I was really ready to share it with the world,” Nick said. “I want the question out there to be ‘Who is Nick Jonas?’ Because I don’t think a lot of people know. They may have ideas in there head about who he is — he being me — but this album has a lot of range and a lot of dept and it’ll be really interesting to see what [my brothers] think after they hear it all.”

When Joe and Kevin finally do get the chance to listen to the record in full, they’ll discover that not only did they serve as the muse for some of the tracks, but the making of this album helped Nick cope with many of the group’s recent changes as well.

 “We’re brothers and that’s never going to change so now we can go and do what we need to do and feeling that release and being able to talk about it in this music has been great, a great way to process some of it all because it is a lot and a major life adjustment.”
